Main Tasks
• Offer exceptional guest care at all times
• Maintain a clean and tidy environment for all guests arriving to our hotel, creating a positive first impression
• Work efficiently to ensure all public areas of the hotel are kept to a high standard of cleanliness
• Create a fresh, clean and welcoming back of house environment
• Maintain the areas surrounding hotel, ensuring they are clean, safe and free of litter
• Maintain awareness of utility consumption ensuring all equipment, lights, etc. are turned off when not in use
• Utilise all relevant systems correctly to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Adhere to Company policies, Code of Conduct, procedures and relevant legislation at all times – including, but not limited to, Data Protection and Health and Safety regulations; this role requires particular adherence to COSHH and Manual Handling
• Complete any other reasonable request made by a member of the management team or a supervisor
